The Dreaming is finally clicking with me

 

Listening to Never for Ever now. "All We Ever Look For" is dope. The synth or whatever in it reminds me of the instrumentals in Rugrats, lol.

 

God The Dreaming is so fucking good

 

reminds me of the soundtrack for some N64 game, like Banjo-Kazooie

Aerial has been my go to recently - amazing album

 

All of her music is great, Hounds is probably the greatest album of the 80s for me.

 

up there for sure but hard to put her or anyone really at #1 with The Cure, Talk Talk, Prince, Arthur Russel, Dead Can Dance, Cocteau Twins, Eno, etc.

but top ten sure!!

 

What should I listen to from Dead Can Dance? That’s a blindspot for me

 

Def gonna go with Talk Talk, Kate Bush, The ‘Mats middle run of records, Sade. Prince and Springsteen for the big time stuff.

I would start with Serpent’s Egg or Aion - depending of what elements you enjoy from those I can recommend more

but all their discography is golden
