I totally get you, but the thing is we do know firsthand that he is mentally ill. Kanye first says in the Charlemagne interview that since his nervous breakdown he's been prescribed multiple drugs, and then in the TMZ interview is shouts that he doesn't take his meds anymore because he believes prescription drugs were "only made to control us."

Any comments I make about Kanye's mental state isn't a remark of judgement or speculation or gossip, it's out of serious concern that he is no longer listening to the trained professional who treated him and decided that he should in fact be taking those drugs.

Who knows, maybe the doctor was unqualified, or maybe the drugs weren't working or making things worse. I don't know the answers to that. But it's still a really scary and worrying circumstance.

 

but we dont know what he was diagnosed with, what he was prescribed and has been prescribed in the past, what it is he's refusing to take, and so many other details that matter greatly when talking about mental health. since we know absolutely none of this, we shouldn't be speculating.

This is really disappointing.

I agree with Jake and some other people about the mental health thing. It’s become a buzz word for the right to jump to during mass shootings. As someone with me ya health issues, it’s thrown around to casually.

You were probably joking, but it's Trump's thing (and his followers caught on and do the same) to start his insults to someone based on their looks. Don't stoop that low. There are PLENTY of things to be critical about with Shapiro to where this isn't necessary.
