yea I'm not liking this, I'm actually super happy about that

 

He just dropped "slavery was a choice" in this song. Yikes.

 

Track 1 was meh. Track 2 was awesome. Track 3 was trash. I'm feeling Track 4.

 

Lyrics aside the production on this is dope. Kanye most definitely has gotten worse lyrically.

Even the production to me is......fine in places? But still not feeling. Did waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better with Pusha and now I'm thinking more and more that was Pusha putting in the work

If I'm listening along right I think the song is about him saying stupid shit to the press and how it caused a rift in his marriage. I don't think he's doubling down on that line.

 

Lyrics aside i think it's hard to argue about the production being top notch

Gotta love the good ol' Chorus mindset of telling people their opinions are an embarrassment and trolling when they don't line up with the hivemind on here. I'm always open to learning more and having my viewpoints challenged... which is why I'm always skeptical of people who think they have all the answers. Marxism was/is a hugely important political theory in human history but I think people tend to glorify it too much without really examining the real-world shortcomings of how it's actually been attempted to date. Again that's just my two cents, and I always forget that any political viewpoint to the right of Marxism gets no credence on here lol

 

yea I'm fuckin speechless at the fact that I don't like pretty much anything on this so far, I usually find merit in most things

 

nobody is doing that and you grossly underestimate what the US has done and enabled in other countries.
