I think my three favorite songs off this are easily FML, Ultralight Beam and Saint Pablo.

 

"Ultralight Beam" is song of the life

 

Ultralight Beam is the song that got me into Kanye. And the only reason I liked Ultralight at first was because of Chance. Some would call my entrance into the genre "unorthodox."

 

I legitimately got chills the first time I heard that choir come into the song

 

when the female chorus comes in on father stretch my hands part 1 I just go "ok this is the best"

 

Like, "Ultralight Beam" actually made me question my (lack of) beliefs. I know that might sound stupid, but I went through some shit this year and it was always there for me. It's the first song I've heard that is literally so good that it makes me want to believe in something. It means that much to me.

 

Kanye is very good at "hauntingly beautiful."

 

I overplayed Real Friends before the album came out, but it's still probably my favorite thing on this. FML > Real Friends > Wolves is probably my favorite stretch of songs on any Kanye album.

 

I aaaaaaaalmost love Wolves.

 

I've never heard this, and I don't really like it haha
