That sounds a lot more condescending than I mean for it to sound. It's just gotta be a crazy perspective, a Black Panther whose son is one of the most heard voices in the world, who all of a sudden declares support for someone like Trump.
I guess that is a valid reaction too. I just don't think Kanye even remotely looked into what Trump says and wants, plus he's not the most stable guy, so his endorsement of whatever does not exactly register with me.
i fully believe kanye is completely aware of what trump has said, that was the entire crux of his comments. he loved watching the debates. he loved trump's stylistic choices. thats literally what he said
I wasn't aware of that. I only heard about the single sentence where he said he would have voted Trump if he would have voted. Sorry about that. I should have looked at more than the last page. I will delete my comment.
I did gather that, but he literally should not be commenting on things he is not educated on, because anything he says that can be considered support for Trump is support for the absolute worst that Trump himself stands for. He should expect people to be very, very disappointed - and he is! He says in the transcript that "we probably won't sell out the rest of the tour" (or something similar), which to me shows he knows people will react negatively, implying that he knows why people react negatively to Trump in general.
Don't feel like you have to delete comments either - it's pretty clear people have offered enough to change your perspective with the follow-up posts, so don't feel pressured in to that.
