I pulled a pair in section 127, row 1 for tonight. I'm amped!

 

What time has Kanye been going on most nights? Safe to assume he won't go on earlier than 9?

 

went on at 9:30 at my show which seems to be the most common time for most dates.

 

So is it safe to say he plays until around 11?

 

Columbus I think he played from 920-11, I was told.

 

Serious question, what did everyone think of the mix (specifically in Cleveland)? Kanye was great but the sound made the show so hard to enjoy. It was painfully mixed and it really bummed me out.

 

I was only bothered with the mixing on a few songs, I remember one song in particular (maybe Highlights? Can't remember) was completely inaudible. I actually liked the 'Wolves' "ooooh"s in between most songs, I thought that was kind of cool.

The Flash Seats situation was an absolute mess. I pre-gamed for a while on E. 4th then headed over to The Q at like 8:15, saw the lines at all doors to the street, so immediately went back to the bar for another drink, then went back in line around 8:45 and didn't get in for 30 minutes. Lines weren't even that long, just Flash Seats scanner wasn't working. People were RAGING mad.

 

Yeah. I loved the wolves bit between songs. It was really like the parts without bass were so shrill. Maybe I'm crazy.
They announced that the scanners weren't working and that the show would be postponed to 10:10 around 9:30. I thought they were just covering for late Kanye. I came in from the casino and the flashseats scanned fine. That really sucks, though. People were pissed on the inside too when they announced that. At least the show wasnt cut short. It was awesome.

 

There was a real problem with the scanners. They were sending people to the Box Office to get printed tickets. It was an absolute mob scene. Every entrance door was a nightmare. At one point, I searched "Flash Seats" on Twitter and people were going off. Live Nation Cle tweeted too that the show would be delayed due to technical difficulty getting in the doors and that "we'll wait for you."

Mine scanned just fine, by the way. So I don't really know what the issue was. I go to the Q a ton for Cavs games and there are always issues with Flash Seats.

 

Kanye just stopped mid-song and said he had a family emergency and has to cancel the show

 

Holy shit.

 

I just saw video of that online. Damn. Must be something pretty serious.

 

The rumor on Twitter is that Kim was robbed at gunpoint in Paris. Obviously just a rumor as of now though.

That's completely fucking crazy. I hope everyone is ok and they find the people that did it.

I'm glad she's ok, I can't even imagine how terrifying that must be. I'm trying really hard not to be selfish here, but damn I hope this doesn't mean he cancels his show Saturday. I'll be so disappointed, this show looks like so much fun.

 

What happened last night is crazy, I would be kind of bummed if I was at the show and it got cut short but I would also fully understand why he left the stage and the event. It'd be like any other person getting a call at work that your wife was held up at gun point, you'd leave work in an instant. Well I would anyways. Lol. But I'm glad everything's okay.

@ncarrab and @Turkeylegz I hope you guys enjoyed the show! The sound mix for him as been weird almost every time I have seen but I will say that Cleveland was superior to Columbus in the sound department. Overall, I enjoyed it a lot more. Which I didn't think it was possible. The show seemed to flow a lot better, could hear Kanye better and he seemed to rap more. And the crowd was better. How cool was it that the Cavaliers including LeBron freakin' James got into the pit with the crowd? When Kanye shouted out Tristian and J.R., I thought I saw LeBron but I figured there was no way.

I ended up getting a pair in section 127, row 1 off of FlashSeats in the middle of the afternoon on Saturday and the seats where beyond great. Kanye was in front of us most of the night. So that was amazing. The FlashSeats situation was a nightmare! We got there around 8:30 PM because I wanted to make sure I could get the merch I wanted (another task, lol) and we saw the long lines and I said: "what the fuck is going on?" So we walked from the Tower City tunnel entrance over to the Plaza enterence and saw just as long of a line and some girl told us the situation. Then we went to the main entrance and the security kept trying to move everyone to one door who had FlashSeats and I said "no way lets just stand here" luckily my credit card worked and we got in around 9:10 PM, I had a Tweeted in angry at The Q while in line and they told me that it got pushed back to 9:45 PM so I was happy about that, lol. I noticed at that point they just started hand writing tickets which was a good idea. Then I had to rush around the arena to find the shirt I wanted and couldn't, then went to the club level and had to buy a size too big but whatever because I got it. Lol. So I ended up with an extra shirt. Haha. Overall, a great night and my girlfriend loved it. I wish I could go again!

 

My seats in section 117 (row 27) were actually pretty close to the suite that the Cavs were in. I'm STUNNED that some of the Cavs players - especially LeBron - went into the pit. JR put on Instagram how worried his wife was when the players did that. That could have been a disaster but glad no one on the floor had any crazy ideas.

I still can't get over the nightmare it was to get into the venue. And then once in the venue, all the drink lines were insane too, which I don't understand. The Q packs in 21,000 people for Cavs games and I've never waited for a beer more than 2 or 3 minutes. I waited in line for about 20 minutes to get a drink. I went for a second drink at about 9:45 and saw the line and just turned around and went back to my seat because I knew there'd be no way to get a drink in time before he went on.

 

Philadelphia and Detroit dates had to be rescheduled

 

The Detroit date is now doable for me, I do wish for Kanye and his families sake it wasn't for the reason it is but I'm pretty happy that I'll be able to get my third go 'round.

 

Hopefully I can actually make the Detroit date now.

 

Kanye West postponed a pair of Saint Pablo tour dates following the incident involving Kim Kardashian in Paris. “Due to family concerns, this week’s Philadelphia and Detroit dates on the Saint Pablo Tour have been rescheduled,” Live Nation said in a statement. “The Philadelphia show will take place on December 13 and the Detroit show on December 22.” The Saint Pablo tour will resume its scheduled route on October 7th in Chicago.

 

I was hoping to go to one of the Chicago dates this weekend, but my friend who I was hoping to go with bailed, and now the cheapest ticket I would be able to get is almost $200. I had a chance to buy a ticket for $40 and I waited. What an idiot.
