Apologising is not something Kanye fucking West, of all people, is going to do. He can't even apologise for not keeping to his own release schedule, there's no chance he'll say sorry for any of the other heinous shit he's said and done.

 

He already lost 2 days from week one, it doesn't matter what time it would potentially drop tonight.

It's true. I didn't expect the album on Friday, but when Kim said it would be out Sunday, I bought into that. Like a dumb, stupid, idiot, I allowed myself to get excited for the album yesterday and was disappointed when it didn't come out.

Has everyone watched the 'Hip Hop: The Songs that Shook America' episode they released on Jesus Walks? It is really, really amazing. The show is going to be on AMC and is based off of Shea Serrano's 'The Rap Yearbook'. This is the first episode and they released it on YouTube. Basically it is a documentary on Kanye, his come-up, and the recording of College Dropout- and specifically, Jesus Walks.

Eh. There’s so much good music out, and new stuff coming out Friday.

 

I guess I get excited, but I’m never disappointed. It’s just another record among the handful of other records that come out every week.

While I wish he would stop announcing release dates and not following through, if the delay means a record that’s closer to feeling finished than not, I’m for it.

 

I can’t believe so many people are moaning about an artist not sticking to a release date lol who the fuck cares

 

Especially when that artist is Kanye whose last two albums saw this exact rollout lol
