So I don’t know if this is a viable solution but on another forum I read sometimes (PopJustice) they locked the thread for Donda a bit ago because they believe he should be deplatformed and that deplatforming included closing the thread there.

I know this thread is just updates on Kanye’s latest antics, but would locking the thread be a beneficial option?

I am obviously not an admin, and I don’t want to speak on any authority here, just giving a suggestion based on another forum because things are getting darker and darker every day and maybe deplatforming (in terms of this thread being locked) is the way to go.

 

I'll allow others to voice their opinions before we make any decisions.

Yea threads like this I use as informative places to take specific examples from if I'm talking with a friend and telling them "Hey by the way be wary of X, here's some shit they've done."

 

Yeah, that's where I'm leaning as well. I don't think locking this thread will realistically do anything in terms of deplatforming him, even if that's what he deserves. And I can't remember the last time anyone posted something positive about him or his music in here.
