Maybe because her ex has been constantly harassing her on social media for the past year+? You don’t have to like Kim or the way her and her family conduct themselves or some of the things she does and says to realize she has been in a harmful relationship and to feel some remorse that she has had to go through all this and that she has to parent (and I’d say, in a way, shield) her children while their father is…doing everything he is doing.

She willingly married and had multiple kids with him. This behavior from him isn't new. When he made comments saying slavery was a choice, the comments about George Floyd, as well as the myriad of other things he's said and done over the years, where was she? Right by his side.

Now he made comments that are having an effect on her brand/money and now she feels the need to speak up and people should have sympathy for her? No.

And I see things like this happen a lot. People associate themselves with people who have issues or are involved in things they shouldn't be, and when it comes back to bite them in the a**, people want to have sympathy for them? Get out of here with that.

 

I mean, she left him, and I doubt all of that had nothing to do with it

 

Wasn't it circulating that right after the "slavery was a choice" incident that Kim was threatening divorce? And then she actually filed for divorce long before his George Floyd comments.
He was certainly an arrogant asshole at the time they married but I wouldn't say she's stood by his side during his more inflammatory remarks.

 

My point being is that she got him with regardless of that. She knowingly married and had children with an asshole and now has to deal with the potential consequences of choosing to associate herself with an asshole. No one's perfect, but the warning signs with Kanye have been there for a long time and she chose to ignore that.

I can easily see Kanye being a sweet, manipulative and convincing loving husband/father for a certain amount of time.
