New album??? Whaaaaaat

 

I assumed it was just another song when I clicked the link. I was so surprised/happy when I realized it's the full album

 

10 minutes until the album drops!!

 

Can someone smarter than me explain the logic behind releasing this album on a wednesday afternoon lol i don't understand why an artist of her caliber would voluntarily sacrifice half a week of sales?

 

I’d guess she either doesn’t care about first week sales or she wanted to release when no one else did

 

I'm sure she doesn't care but i'm not so convinced the label doesn't

 

Is she that big though? I see Isolation topped out at 32. I haven’t been following that closely so idk how much bigger she is now.

Idk why it came out today, but I'm sure happy it did. It really exceeded my expectations.

fue mejor (and I love the transition to aguardiente y limon), vaya con dios, quiero sentirme bien, and telepatia are my current favorites.

 

Is there a thread for the new album? It's nice but nothing really stuck out to me at all on first listen. Isolation was instantly great to me, so I hope this one is a grower.

 

I get a serotonin rush when telepatia starts and the synths drop

 

I haven't listened to the new one until just now, but I'm really loving it. So glad she stepped further toward the reggaeton / latin soul sound. Also the production on this is pristine, sounds so good.

 

I've had this album on repeat. Lá Luz and no eres tu, especially, are top tier bangers. I didn't think I'd love anything as much as Isolation and i'm not sure this beats it, but it's def on the same level for me

Been listening to Isolation and the new one a lot lately.

 

Por Vida is 6 today per her Insta. Yes I am about to listen to celebrate.

 

I barely ever listen to the radio, but twice within like 30 minutes I heard Telepatía on the radio twice, so I guess it's a big hit? News to me, but cool!
