I did listen to this during my flight home yesterday and "Catch Catch" is an early song of the year contender for sure

Immediately stuck in my head

 

I like the music videos from kpop when there was less funding and they had to do really stupid ridiculous product placement

Like in AOA "Like A Cat" when the music video is like a sultry heist video but members stop to play a phone game lmao

 

Obsessed with this.

 

Yeah, I’m a kpop newb but have been obsessed with this album. The visuals have done a lot to help me “get” it.

 

How do y’all keep up with new kpop releases? I obviously use this site and then sputnikmusic to find out about new releases and that works well for most western music, but the only thing I’ve found so far is Spotify playlists and the kpop subreddit, which also includes a lot of stuff I’m honestly not all that interested in.

 

I know you mentioned not liking sifting through the kpop subreddit but it's worth noting that the subreddit also has a release calendar on the sidebar that can be useful. It's not updated for April yet but here's a look at what it was for March.

NMIXX concert is UNREAL so far

 

I want to know how many hours they have in a day, because the amount of content they've filmed in the last few months in unreal. I watch as much as I can, and I'm still behind on their YouTube show appearances. Hot Ones on Thursday, though (sorry Taehyung)!

Celebration, iffy iffy, and Irony were the ones I'll grab from this one. Kind of a bummer for two 80s/90s interpolations on a short album like this.

 

I really hate Boompala. I hate how over the top and sloppy the video looks, I hate the interpolation, I hate the idea of it and the execution of it, I really just hate it all.

With that said the rest of the Le Sserafim album I really enjoy

 

i'm pretty hit or miss on their title tracks lately
i like Boompala more than Celebration (tho not by much) but the MV for it is just garish, i liked it much more when i wasn't looking at it lol

 

Honestly can’t remember the last time I watched a music video that wasn’t something from my youth that I was reminiscing about.

 

This is fantastic

 

Their best single since Supernova, no notes. Video is memorable as well
