Panic refreshing Ticketmaster instead of working so I can hop in the IU waiting room for Rosemont as soon as it opens ahhhh

 

Well that was a bloodbath...

Gotta try for a California day now but it's not looking promising at all

 

There were 29K ahead of me in the NJ queue, so. Maybe they will add shows?

 

Yeah it was 28k for me for Rosemont. I'm really hoping they add something, this just feels terribly planned. Venues this small, this few dates, and allowing 6 tickets per buyer feels like it was a recipe for disaster.

 

California queues both had me at 40k, no hope whatsoever

Already sad about how much I'ma have to shell out at resale

 

havent posted here in a while but i did wanna share some stuff...
in general i didnt keep up with kpop too much last year, aside from newjeans i mostly just spent my time listening to the triples releases.
so far this year i have enjoyed the new le sserafim and the new riize single.
but i have been really into two artists who make pop music but arent really a part of the idol system, theyve been some of my biggest obsessions recently and im sure some of yall will like them.

first is the deep whose music is clearly more inspired by modern kpop, very electronic and dancey. her messy room ep from last year is one of my favorite releases of the year.

and the other is crystal tea who does a more j-rock inspired sound, just really catchy guitar driven music. she's been around for a couple of years now but i just heard about her a couple of weeks ago. "minority" has been playing nonstop with me, her pink movie eps are also very good, she's been mostly putting out singles recently but they're all worth a listen.

 

This is very good. I wasn't expecting to say this about Taehyung's releases, but I could see this doing well on radio too.

 

My wife and I saw IVE last night and my god, they are larger than life. It's hard to believe they've been around for so short a time with how good their performance was

 

I can already tell I’m going to replay the hell out of this song

 

Saw Oneus last night since they were in town and there were some good tickets for good prices and they were a blast! Def have them on my radar more now!

 

I wish more kpop groups would come to the pnw. I'm currently stressing waiting to find out if I'll get TXT tickets for Tacoma. Normally I would never go to that arena, but I'll take it if that's my only option

 

We missed Just B yesterday due to exhaustion but are going to Itzy in June and then IU in July

I'm sad TXT is skipping Dallas again

Somehow I didn't realize that was coming out today because I only looked at Target's release date for the CD on Friday. Listened through once on the way to work and now I'm even more excited for their tour

 

Kiss Of Life are killing it so much, love them

 

oh yeah, i checked out Midas Touch earlier today (forgot it came out) and it's really good!! i feel like Kiss of Life is really underrated. for being from such a small company they've really been killing it quality wise
(and tbh, i was hesitant abt this group what with one of the members apparently dropping the n-bomb all over social media in the past)

also, that new TXT was real good too!
