i think it's more that this should be behind him in his eyes, his career has been damaged a ton since 2018 and MOTW and it's the last thing he needs from a PR perspective. i highly doubt he said a slur.

also, it was agreed to be sealed in 2024 according to TMZ, so releasing it would indeed result in a law suit.

i will say, it's become cool to hate him, which is very strange considering how much we all praised him for years.

 

Agreed with all of this - makes perfect sense that he wouldn’t want an embarrassing video like that out there. Also he’s definitely become a public punching bag and it’s unfortunate, I still love his music.

 

yeah i actually really enjoyed his last album, and made sure to go see his tour twice. think the end is near for him likely. although the tour was sold out both nights i went.

 

It also mentions medical and personal details in the car, which obviously should stay private in any case

 

He’d be fine just being a Vegas residency legacy act. He’s got so many hits to pad out a show.

Also, no point in releasing that video now except to humiliate him.

Completely forgot he released this album. Apparently I only listened to it once and never returned to it. Might revisit it... or might just make a playlist of all his hits.

 

I tried revisiting it a few times and it did nothing for me, even MOTW was better

There's some fun stuff on this album but its just so bloated that the good stuff feels buried.
Also shame on his team for not only letting Memphis make the final cut, but also making it the opening song.

 

Memphis absolutely should not be the opener, agreed on that

 

i think i'm the only one who is a JT fan that doesn't really care to see an NSYNC reunion.

the singles are fun from a nostalgia perspective but i'm not sure i ever need to hear Digital Get Down or Space Cowboy ever again.

 

Those are some wild choices for NSYNC songs to be sick of.

 

I’m guessing they mean deep cuts that feel very dated nowadays lol. I do think a full NSYNC reunion would be fun but I also see their point
