Apparently someone who has heard the whole album said the whole album is a dedication to MLK

 

according to the credits on wiki, MLK is sampled on the opener and the interlude

 

Other credits I see for songwriting are Skrillex, Andrew Watt, Jon Bellion, The Monsters & Strangerz, Gotye, Ryan Tedder, Amy Allen, among others

 

Turns out that actually was the track order, so yeah Lonely is the closer ha.

I'm actually kind of excited for this? Feels weird being excited for a Justin Bieber album in 2021.

 

I'm cautiously optimistic

 

I’m not a fan of major pop stars taking over NPR / indie promotional spaces, but they crushed that Tiny Desk performance. Band sounded great.

Peaches sounded so good on tiny desk. The first few singles didn’t really excite me but looking forward to it now. Especially the dom fike and kid laroi features.

Just watched the Tiny Desk performance. Holy shit, Peaches is great. I was underwhelmed by the other singles, but this has got me really excited to hear the album.

 

Yeah, it reminds me of a CO-era Frank Ocean song.

 

Okay soooooo this album is actually pretty solid, I am impressed.

It's more in line with Purpose/his older material which is a good thing.
