Trailer looked a billion times better than any of the other Snyder DC films (excluding Watchmen- loved that one), so I'm pumped. Still not expecting a good story, but I'm hoping they've learned from at least some of their past mistakes. We'll see.

I still maintain that MoS was a good movie, so hopefully it will be as good as that one for me, at least. BvS, though.. even the extended edition that everyone said was so much better was pure garbage for me.

I don't know... I think this looks pretty bad. I just wish the entire DCU films could be redone from scratch.

It's a tough one to get right though, I realize that.

This trailer made my already awesome weekend! I agree with Tim that Aquaman (Dressed like a Bat? I dig it) and WW are going to steal the show. Action looks amazing and looks like we are going to get so many different set pieces on Earth/Amazonia/Atlantis/Apokolips. I wonder why it Barry is fighting Cyborg? Misunderstanding upon first meeting?

Unfortunately the trend is to do classic rock music to a trailer and it'll be that way until a new trend arrives.

I really really hope they put Darkseid in. I know he was suppose to be just set up for JL 2, but since DC seems to be abandoning their original plan if we don't see him in this movie, we may never.

??????? But the look of everything so far fits the feel for the movie.

Doesn't matter, its a DC movie from Snyder.

I never would have guessed, it's not very good. That being said, have you ever heard Godsmack's cover of Time by Pink Floyd? It is surprisingly really good.

  6. This looks awesome. Only thing I'm worried about is that some of the action scenes look like they're entirely shot in front of a green screen, but I'm hoping for the best. It's gonna be so cool to finally see these heroes all on the big screen together, and the team dynamic looks like it's gonna be fun. It actually looked so fun, that I forgot Superman was a part of the JL for a sec, and I really like the Superman in these movies. His shortcomings aside, I've always loved Snyder's aesthetic. It's always felt more cinematic than the other superhero movies.

    "What are your superpowers again?"
    "I'm rich."

Everyone who stormed the internet over the last four years to insult Marvel for having a lighter tone, saying Marvel's movies are for kids, and proclaiming DC to be the "mature, serious, adult" film universe must be super, super confused after watching this trailer.

Personally, I think it looks way better than the last three movies.

  8. If anything, Logan is more mature than any MCU or DCEU film.

  11. All this "DC is more mature and serious/Marvel is silly and light" argument started to make up for the drabness of post-Nolan DC movies.

No one had to shit-talk Marvel movies or explain how DC is just more serious to talk about how good Nolan's Batman films were. They just were.

That's not a final runtime. The movie is still being edited.

  19. What was the source for the rumor? Had to be something from Cinemacon. Still wouldn't surprise me if it's over 2.5 hrs long, but we'll see. There's no way the runtime would've been locked down this far out ha.

Liking things is always more enjoyable than not liking things, but people legitimately dislike what they dislike and should be free to share that.

Weird anger at people who like different things, though, as if they're in denial? Yeah, that sucks.
