I've been nauseous before if I pushed myself a little hard, don't worry just hydrate, stretch and eat a little something.

It will! Be gentle with yourself. Do dynamic stretching beforehand and static afterward, make sure you hydrate well all the time (it's good for you in general besides being helpful for performance) and don't eat in a 2-3 hour window beforehand (this probably differs a bit for everybody but I know I definitely will get a cramp if I eat too soon before running). Honestly I learned to run by just...doing it. It takes time and patience but I found it was a rewarding hobby and I enjoy it.

 

Thanks! How many days a week do you normally do it for?

 

I shoot for 3-4 but realistically it's probably more like 2 on average. The more you do it the more you'll come to understand what your body can and can't handle and be able to adjust accordingly.

 

I was watching Giantbomb and they hollowed out some pancakes and filled the center with marinara sauce and fried cheese sticks and then covered it in syrup

Finally bought the mango beer to try, just added it to my normal safeway delivery. The delivery person likes the stuff enough that he commented on it, so that's a good thing to hear, lol. Will walk to pick up white claw this weekend; they didn't have a good size available at safeway (just 12 cans, not 6) that wouldn't make me cranky for wasting money if i didn't like.
