It's definitely scary and you kind of have to bully out that instinct in yourself...I've always been kind of a masochist so that instinct is less so in me but it's really a step by step process. Learning how to fall is part of the process, building up from small ramps to bigger ones and each time it's like conquering a fear and the adrenaline rush. And yeah,at some point you'll bust ass but when I first went down it actually was a relief haha, I was like ok I finally fell the pressure is off. And then when you let go and do something a little more intense it's so exciting.
