feels like I look at everyone at my job in a different light every single day and I'm starting to hate it tbh

 

The pours/samples are done by the tour guide, and they check ID's either at the beginning and give a wristband or when doing the pours. I know Guiness has a thing where you can attempt to do your own "perfect pour" of a pint but it's under the guide of an employee. In the US anyways, there are very strict laws about how much and what type of beer can be served at breweries.

I think normalizing drinking to some degree is good as it teaches kids/teenagers that drinking can be ok if done in a controlled manner. I think a lot of problems can occur when someone doesn't drink at all until they are on their own and then overdo it because they don't understand the effect alcohol can have on you. But it's something I struggle how to deal with my own kids, even though they are only 4 and almost 2 haha
