Well it's not... and we have a contract that's in breach. But doing band stuff in spare time is already a lot without waging a legal war lol. Idk. Maybe we'll do something about it.

 

My neck and shoulders are so tense and sore that it hurts to exist. I was going to go to the gym after work but I think I'm going to just do stretches and then go in the hot tub and sauna for a while. I haaaaate this. My body physically does not relax like idek!!

 

have you tried muscle relaxers? I just tried them the first time the other day and it worked pretty well.

My gf applied henna for 7 hours straight for an Indian wedding party and was sore to the point of tears after. Like borderline carpal tunnel haha. It took muscle relaxers, 3 hours of massage, and let's be real, one phat bowl for her to be comfortable enough to sleep.

 

I took a muscle relaxer once and it was nice! I need to a get a professional massage one of these days.
