They moved someone into my office right next to me, because she is being "bullied" by people downstairs. I am so fucking mad I got my resume at the ready lmao. Really, so people are being awful to her and now I have to give up my personal space to accommodate it? Fucking what? Now I have someone who sees everything I do and I am mad af hahahaha.

 

She has people come in and out all day long seeing her, has calls all day, etc. so now I gotta deal with that. Her job has been on the line for her own mistakes but also people downstairs are definitely bullying about it, however in typical boomer fashion their response is not to deal with the bullies...but to put her away with me hoping something changes?

 

why fix a hostile environment when they can shuffle her around

 

Oh yeah, and create an uncomfortable environement for me.

I'll just say that when I was put up where I am, the reason was because part of my job was to get to know all the areas of the business for the work I was doing and try to discern what was going wrong and where. And my boss knew that me being down in the shark tank where they gossip all day long would hinder my ability to do that. So I am doubly pissed that after a year their response to a toxic environment is to saddle me with a roommate like that's gonna fix anything.

Why?

 

So I was the first person to enter Islands of Adventure at rope drop. Not because I was here before everyone else. But because there was a line with no one in it and no worker manning it. However, I asked a team member if there would be someone there at some point and they said there would be. Left the long ass line I was in and a very nice man named Chris from Puerto Rico soon arrived, prescanned my ticket, and got in ahead of literally everyone else. Thanks Chris.

Quindi sono stato la prima persona ad entrare in Islands of Adventure durante una caduta di corda. Non perché ero qui prima di tutti gli altri. Ich war also die erste Person, die während eines Seilsturzes die Inseln des Abenteuers betrat. Nicht, weil ich hier vor allen anderen war. Aber weil es eine Linie gab, die niemand enthielt und die kein Arbeiter schaffte. Ich fragte jedoch ein Teammitglied, ob irgendwann jemand da sei, und sie sagten, sie würden da sein. Ich ließ den langen Arschschwanz dort, wo ich war, und ein sehr netter Mann namens Chris aus Puerto Rico traf früh ein, verschrieb mein Ticket und überholte buchstäblich alle anderen. Danke Chris.
