I have a decent paying job and I live in the east bay where it’s a little more affordable.

But trust me. Cost of living is definitely something that keeps me awake at night. What if I lose my job? Boy would I be fucked.

 

Yeah man it's insane out there haha. I was in Denver for a bit (@Fucking Dustin) and that was too much and the cost of living in SF is still like, twice that.

 

Yeah. My apartment here is more than double what I paid in Arizona, where I was living. But it’s pretty nice and I’m close to BART so no need for a car or insurance.

I did just get my yearly review and raise, so I assume they like me well enough lol. But I’m always terrified about any tiny screw up.

Uh not really. About half an hour from there. But I suppose it’s technically considered part of the Phoenix metropolitan area.

 

Oh okay, sorry haha. I have a few friends out there in Tempe and they all say it's just basically Phoenix now.

 

Ahh. Haha. I always hated Phoenix so I tried to distance myself from it. Tempe I liked.
