Trying to play Subterranean Homesick Alien start to finish

I can play & sing all the individual parts perfectly, putting them all together and keeping my flow / not making a mistake in any of the transitions is the last, hard step.

One of the piano / keyboard parts I’m emulating on the guitar, I have to jump my ring finger from fret 3 on the D String to fret 12 on the high E string in a matter of an eighth note (for non guitarists, I use my worst finger to jump across the whole neck of the guitar in a split second). Just to get the guitar call-response in there too. That part is fucking me UP.

I can do it by itself but singing at the same time, it’s rough to focus on that jump
