I love going to shows alone! I drove about 5-6 hours from Boston to NJ to see Saves the Day once.

why do we even go to concerts or the movie theater with friends? you cant talk. think about it. a movie date is a horrible early date.

I immensely prefer to go to the theater and concerts with friends. I do agree that a movie date is not a good first date.

I prefer it too but when I think about it I dont think I get anything out of it unless you go with the type of companion that youre comfortable being silent with.

movie dates are more for ~other stuff~ anyway right

 

i got this instrumental playlist going on spotify and it doesn't really work with a lot of these songs having transitions into the next one. I get all amped for the next part of the song and its over.

Going with other people helps with my anxiety. I'd rather stay at home than go alone to a movie or concert. Oddly enough, I love travelling alone. Can't quite figure that one out.

I enjoy having someone to share in the anticipation of an event and the conversation about that event afterwards. Especially if I have to travel for a concert, which is always at least 40 minutes.
