Matt is on a roll. He wingman’d me a date on Saturday and then went to a bar and got drunk and socialized by himself without me nagging him to go last night. Hell yeah my dude has been putting himself out there this month.

 

The scary clown movie was okay

 

Honestly Matt and I are just super excited to watch two games at the same time on our two HDTVS in our living room. Plugged into my stereo. Oh yeah. Our pad is finally set up.

my talent is making my bank account disappear

 

My town frustrates me. It's becoming so gentrified by class and idk who these things are being made for. A business goes down and instead of making something useful for the community the land is converted into a parking lot for the rodeo and festival that happens twice a year and is useless to most locals. Then these nice apts get built near the income based housing which is great until I found out the rent is double my own and idk who can even afford that cause my rent is on the higher end here. Now an old building is being converted and they're wanting to make a high end restaurant and boutique hotel like... Again prob just for tourists who are here twice a year because nobody here can afford that.

Then we have community partners who don't communicate and have weird rivalries which negatively impacts citizens and it annoys me so much

Part of me wants to become a Leslie Knope except unlike Leslie I hate my town and want to leave it asap lol but like in the meantime this stuff is annoying

 

I bought a calendar because I don’t know how to organize my life.

I’m already stressing out the November event because I bought ticket to a festival but I haven’t even looked for an Airbnb or hotel so that isn’t fun.
