Rather be murdered than be cold! I was given another sweater and a flannel and an extra blanket cause I'm wimpy af. But to me there's truly no more miserable feeling in the world than being cold.

Because I didn't plan this trip tbh! We're camping at the beach and if it was up to me I'd be in a nice and insulated hotel room or Airbnb rn.

I'd rather be hot tbh! Like.... I'm still a lil cold rn even with the layers. It is allegedly 63 degrees but I'm pretty sure Google meant to say -63

 

I don't get the appeal of camping, I can also barely fall asleep in a bed

Ahh, yeah that's fair. Though I didn't assume you did, more like why you agreed, lol.

But it's easier to overcome being cold than warm! But i admit it gets chilly by the beach easily at nights.

I used to camp so often growing up, like once a weekend every month and then a week-long trip in summers. Wanna know how many of those I actually wanted to do? None, because it largely fucking sucked--partially because we were backpacking, rather than just camping.

 

I truly don't get the appeal either. I effectively made myself colder, less comfortable, and easier to murder. Not fun for me!!

Because I'm a sucker who does things for my nephew. My mom and her husband go camping at the beach every weekend in summer. They invited us. If it was in the mountains I wouldn't have even considered it. But I do love the beach and this area (Astoria) is in my top two cities to live in. Just wish I was enjoying it from the comfort of a beach house!

It’s 71 buts it 1 in the morning. Today was about 85 and tomorrow will be the same. Not that bad

 

Ahh, Not too bad. That's what it's here right now at 10pm, but will be mid-to-low 60s soon enough.
