Damn looks like we may get a hurricane in SoFlo this weekend, plus it's a long weekend with Labor Day, guess i'll get Astral Chain and play it all weekend.

 

Yesterday after work, instead of driving to the gym, I ran there and worked out. Then I ran home. Woke up feeling real Mick Foley from the top of the Cell-ish.

That's a good pain though, at least for me, I like that shit lol. I also havent felt it in over a year.

I used to get these things they sell at like 7-eleven, BC powder, it's like a powdered aspirin, it would help me a ton when I was a server and would be sore as fuck from a heavy gym day the day before.

 

After I drop some lbs I think im gonna go back to crossfit, olympic lifting is really fun and you can't really do it at a gym without getting a ton of stares.
