Me and my friend were having a long conversation this morning about how we should rewrite Inuyasha so that Kagome and Kikyou end up together at the end and then they nail Inuyasha back on the tree. I am truly obsessed with Inuyasha no lie, since I was 15 or so I love it so fucking much, I cosplayed Kagome last year.

That being said, you're not wrong and also Inuyasha is a toxic asshole lol, yet I shipped them so hard.

 

My friend hates them in particular because she said she looked at Kagome and Inuyasha's relationship as a benchmark for how a relationship should go when she was younger, and she dated a bunch of toxic dudes because of it.
