Yeah I took a few days off to go to the Bay Area. Spending tomorrow in my hometown and then on Sunday imma surprise my sister in SF

 

the good thing about having a normal sleeping pattern now is that i'm no longer tired all the time

the bad thing about having a normal sleeping pattern now is that it limits the amount of time i can spend shitposting

hahah you trying to fix yours? not sure if i've fixed mine long-term tbh, but setting a routine and forcing myself to stick to it seems to be working for right now

i get up at 7am and have a healthy breakfast (+ a coffee), then at 12:30pm i'll have a healthy lunch (+ a coffee), then at around 6pm i have a big dinner to try make myself more tired and if that doesn't work i'll go to the gym at around 9pm and go as hard as possible to wear myself out. it's only been 2 weeks but i already have way more energy and i think i'm generally in a better mood because of it as well

if you see me shitposting at 3am in the next few weeks then i'm 100% back on my bullshit and you can disregard all of this though lmao

can’t believe i got out of bed at 8 am for a haircut appointment smh

I was up at 6:45 to make my coffee and walk bear. Now I’m gonna go grocery shopping and do some cleaning

 

i think im going to colorado kind of soon

 

I thought I would go back to bed but I've been up since 5 and already went skating a bit. I'm gonna crash by mid-afternoon guaranteed haha
