Yeah, the babysitter getting killed is like something straight out of a completely different and much less pleasant / actively offensive movie. She was slightly distracted, but she never abandoned those kids to go hide on a toilet in a tiki hut port-a-potty like that bastard Genarro. And his death was just a quick chomp.
The weirdest thing about the babysitter's death is how they tried to play it off as feminism since it was the first female death in the franchise.
Watched JW for the first time in a few years. It’s not a good movie but it’s fun. Probably a prime example of what summer popcorn flicks are meant to feel like. It’s bland and predictable but each time the Indominus Rex is on screen I enjoy it. The fake tans on Pratt and D’Onofrio are distracting.
Pretty cool for dino fans Tanis: Fossil of dinosaur killed in asteroid strike found, scientists claim
I’m actually going to get back on Apple TV+ just for that Produced by Favreau, narrated by Attenborough, and scored by Zimmer Amazing
I can’t stand that narrator’s voice. Makes me want to sleep when I hear him talk. I’ll probably watch it though because we haven’t had a big budget dinosaur series in a while.
I mean, we have basically two sets of a main cast plus supporting characters. It might work out fine. I don’t know why I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt when the last 2 were ass.
And The Lost World is only two minutes longer and somehow feels like it has an additional hour. It's strange.
I was gonna say - why would anyone say Colin Trevorrow getting another 2.5 hours to take a shit on the screen is anything less than terrible.
