This just looks like Tropic Thunder 2.

The original Jumanji is sacred.

Looks like dumb fun. I liked Karen Gillan slow-motion backspin kicking the dude off the motorcycle lol.

 

Hook rules. Jumanji was pretty, pretty cool.

 

Zathura is very underrated.

 

Looks like it could be entertaining.

 

Hook's amazing. John Williams' score alone makes that movie good.

 

The original Jumanji movie used to freak me out when I was younger. I remember having nightmares about being trapped in the game like Alan/Robin Williams.

 

So, the original had Robin Williams. Period. And a great role for him.

This one - I saw the preview..... interesting premise, sure. Jack Black.... Im sure there's some humor to that.

Rock - ok. From geek to him. OK. that's fine.

Seeing the movie though? Not me. I bet it does well for the tweens/teens though that like the actors/actresses. I dont know the girls, but I would bet they are from, like, Disney shows/Nickelodeon shows?

 

I will not stand for this Hook slander.

this looks like a fun, wild time. i'm in.

 

OK.... I'll pass... I could see it doing well, based on the title... the GnR title.... and The Rock/Jack Black (I dont know the other people.....)

 

This comes out 5 days after The Last Jedi and the tweens will probably be more attracted to Pitch Perfect 3, which hits 2 days after. I haven't seen anything on the budget, but I fully expect this to be a flop.

I still want to see this, but I can't see this doing well coming out just five days after The Last Jedi.

 

Positive buzz could push this to being a good alternative or secondary choice to TLJ, especially since the marketing and colors of TLJ is making it seem like it will be a more serious affair.

 

Was going to say something similar. Will be good counter-programming for the families who think Jedi might be too dark for their kids.

 

Yeah this definitely seems more fun and youth oriented

 

Star Wars still gonna make 200 million week one tho. lol

What week does jedi come out? Are Jumanji and jedi come out the same week? yikes.
