10 years old is fucked up. I remember interviewing her for AbsolutePunk from my dorm before the record was out. Good lord.

 

can’t believe it’s been 10 years. no other record has ever affected me as deeply.

 

I was a couple months late to the album, but my first listen was on Christmas Eve after my family went to bed. "Go Home" wrecked me.

 

Almost exactly the same for me, I remember first listening to it in the winter while it was snowing outside. Go Home and Rejoice are so good

 

10 years is wild. Still a deep favorite of mine and I’m glad her music has given me so many wonderful memories and friends.

 

It is wild, I still count this kind of music as something "new" for me, Julien's debut kinda did open a new door for me
