Did see her last week and thought on the way there that they would be a good opened. She was exactly like the record and the venue was a little courtyard so probably was less suited to CC.

 

I had never listened to Julien Baker before until today. I have seen her name everywhere but I honestly just never got around to listen to her. But wow she is amazing.

 

Apparently she has 18 tracks recorded or something.. probably a 12 song record with some b sides but I would be down with a double album ha!

 

I cannot wait.

Feel like this is still a reasonable tour bill before she's massive haha

 

When I saw her in Providence in September and she dropped that line, there was an audible gasp from the crowd. It was awesome.

 

I feel like her and Noah Gundersen would make for a pretty fitting show also

 

That tour would be incredible.

 

They would have to pass out tissues, that's for sure.

 

Can confirm she loves Noah Gundersen too. She tweeted about crying to his set at Shaky Knees last year (For the record i did too.)

Carry The Ghost is one of the most emotionally devastating albums I've ever heard.

 

Carry the Ghost isn't even his best record and is maybe his 3rd best release too (listen to Young In the City I and Ledges first probably) and then maybe Family as well. He's too good

 

I wouldn't say I disagree with you completely but I think a lot of people would say CTG is his best.

 

I say Ledges is his best.
