Bought tickets for my girlfriend and I to see her in September


The show is basically in a library which should be really cool

 

I wish so bad that I could see her live

 

If she ever comes to STL, I'll be there.

 

just got tickets for when she comes to LA, super super excited

 

That Primavera set is even better than she is on record.

 

My fingers are crossed for something from Newport Folk Festival

She's FINALLY coming to Utah, but it happens to be the same night that I am going to see John Mulaney, which I already bought tickets for. FUCK!

 

I would check to see how late she is playing, her Dallas show was pretty late and it would definitely be worth your time to see her, she 100% lives up to the hype

 

i can imagine! unfortunately, the comedy show i'm going to starts at 9 pm, so i assume it'll go to 11 at the earliest, and the venue is about 40 minutes from there. So bummed! I tweeted her asking if I could help book her a show for the night before, haha. I haven't heard back... YET! haha

 

Ugh. I am already seeing Brandi Carlile at Red Rocks on the 14th... Do you think it's worth it to drive the two hours to the Springs on a Monday?

 

Quality wise its totally worth it, the only thing is that her set is (understandably) short. We drove three hours up from Austin to Denton on a Monday in March but ended up being pretty happy with our decision as she was incredible, but part of it was that she had the Sprained Ankle vinyl on tour when it was sold out everywhere online and that was an unexpected bonus.

 

Absolutely. I drove two hours (one way) to Columbus to see her and it was sooooo worth it. Both because of the quality of her performance and cus that's seemingly been her sole Ohio date since I found out about her.

 

I'd drive even more if it made sense ;D

 

I broke up the Newport NPR set into individual tracks if anybody is interested, the files are in .aif because that's the only way I know how to export them when using Logic to cut them up, but if enough people are interested I can post a link or message it out.

 

I'd be interested in having that set, but I don't know what kind of files are those ;d

 

It's an apple lossless format, if you are running the songs through iTunes it should work normally. If anybody knows an easy way to convert them, let me know so I can make it available in a more convenient manner.

I was at that show and i sat right in the front on the stage basically in awe.

 

Finally listened to this today, instantly fell in love and immediately bought tickets to see her in a tiny bar in September.

 

Did her Providence show sell out or is there something strange going on with the tickets? Can't find them anywhere.

 

Caught her show last night here in Seattle. Played a couple of new songs. She's absolutely incredible live, so much emotion.

 

"If it makes me feel better, then how bad can it be?"

Oof. She's too good.

 

God, I can't listen to "Something" without it ripping through me.
