As I was typing that out, I realized that I was describing the aesthetic of 90% of the usership around here.

 

I was like who wears that much band merch at once. Lol

 

Me, I guess? It’s going to rain, so I want to bring a windbreaker, and the only one I own is a TEN one. I only own one snapback and it’s my Menzingers one. And I like to wear band shirts to shows.

 

Looks like she has TOTL vinyl tonight...

 

I can corroborate. I didn’t get a great look, but I 100% saw two copies of TOTL on the table.

 

Shoutout to the fact that every artist on the PA so far tonight has been female fronted. Something I quickly caught onto.

 

Petal made me tear up a little bit. I love this lineup.

Tonight was absolutely magical. I'll make a post in the morning detailing some of the cool things that happened, but yeah, it was great.

I bought the new album, by the way.

 

HOW IS IT

 

1. NYT article: Julien Baker Bravely Confronts Her Traumas and Fears

2. Last night was great. Probably my favorite set of hers I've seen. Seeing Hurt Less live made me an emotional wreck. Surprisingly, we got Good News instead of Go Home as the encore. I think that's the first show to switch it up.

It did, but it appears that the code won't be active until Friday.



The vinyl is nice! It does contain all the lyrics, and when you unfold the booklet you get a nice poster!

 

That's awesome, I'm super excited I'll be able to grab this on Wednesday. I'm assuming they were selling Sprained Ankle as well?

Yep! And they're both $25, just in case you or anybody else was curious about price.

 

Appreciate it! I wonder if the Canadian prices will be higher. I'm fully prepared to spend $30 on each if I need to.
