I've literally been anticipating this album since the last one was released, cannot wait to hear how she has grown as songwriter in the past 2 years.

I almost went that Brand New show as well, I didn't realise it was THAT small of a venue!

Yeah there is a quite an obvious crossover in fan base, I've enjoyed what I've heard of their pre-Dirty Hit material too, will have my fingers crossed you snag the setlist tonight.

 

Me too! I only heard of her last year though. Making up for lost time haha. Seriously excited, counting down the days...

Oh damn! Yeah, it was unbelievable! Doubt I’ll ever get to see BN in a setting like that again unfortunately.

Well thank you very much, because not only did I get the setlist, the band signed it for me, took some pictures with me and then we chatted for a bit! They recognised me and my friend from last night, which was kinda cool! Eagerly awaiting their upcoming EP and eventual album ha.

 

Saw her tonight and it is quite the experience. 10/10

Cool interview. The tidbit about about having a, "spiral [notebook] that says, 'LP3'" is very exciting.

 

Julien been listening to Sprained Ankle so much lately to get ready for this but in ways it's just making me impatient too ._. lol really looking forward to it.
Super envious of those who got to see her live.

 

P.S. I'm getting my Vessels tattoo tomorrow evening. I'll post pictures when it's done.

I've already bought this album twice. I just want it to leak so I can listen to it already. I have no patience.

 

not for me, I've listened to both of those albums almost 100 times haha, I feel that they are true masterpieces. I do have a feeling this could be up there though, such an incredible song writer.

 

ahh man, thought this was out tomorrow. oh well

 

Yeaaaah. To be honest I have a group of like 7 or 8 albums, including those two, that every time I listen to I think has to be my AOTY. But then I listen to another one and think the same thing. I'm sure JB will be right in that mix.

 

For me it's currently a tossup between Phoebe Bridgers, Jason Isbell, and Lorde

 

One more week! And I image we'll hear it sooner than that. Hopefully tissues go on sale soon.

 

I’m seriously thinking I may hold off on any leaks til the vinyl comes. I tried that with Brand New though. Didn’t happen.

Very excited to hear the studio version of Happy to Be Here. The live version broke me so I can't imagine what the studio version will do to me.
