I ended up walking home (like 30 mins) because the Clark bus was fucked, didn’t even pass me the entire time.
I have tickets for tonight but I think im going to try to sell. im still not sure how comfortable i am about the thought of being in the metro right now.
Obviously everyone’s comfort level is different but everyone was complying with wearing masks the whole time last night (at least from where I was standing) and it seemed like it was mostly vaxxed people in attendance, which is good.
Yeah, I didn’t see a single person without a mask on last night and they were checking vax cards and IDs to confirm they matched up.
Yeah, these Julien shows were the safest feeling ones of the ~15 concerts I've gone to since July, even with both being GA/indoors (and at least one was sold out). Vaccine checks, generally great masking compliance, the right type of fans.
I had a copy on my phone which was fine. Only saw two people on the ground level not wearing masks and a few in the VIP area up top.
Can those that were there last night give me a rough idea of set times? I'm going to be working a bit later than I thought tonight. Thanks!
The second show ruled. Their computer went out three songs in so they changed up the setlist a little bit. We also ran into Julien after the show on the way home and she was very kind to my friends and I. Overall a great two days!
They played Everybody Does on night one and Turn Out The Lights on night two. That's the main change I recall. Matt said after the show that they've only played the "correct" setlist for this tour three times due to various on stage issues/time constraints.
They also cut Repeat and Tokyo. Two songs I really wanted to hear. Super bummed. I wasn't all that happy with the set list after seeing those two songs cut.
