Totally. I’ve got slam dunk festival in September, architects, funeral for a friend and now Julien Baker next year. Fingers crossed.
Just got my ticket for New York! Feels so surreal. I'll be fully vaccinated by Sunday so I'm feeling good about going to concerts again.
Bought tix to night 1 at the Metro. Last concert i was supposed to have gone to pre-COVID was Every Time I Die...at the Metro. Fitting this is my first purchase after.

Just took a look at my ticket and totally thought I’d purchased an orchestra seat but it looks like it’s for the upper balcony instead! Glad I got a ticket but wow I was rusty when it came to buying a non-GA ticket when I was half awake. Wondering if I should wait until closer to the concert to get a closer seat/sell my ticket?
Oh god, this is something I didn’t know I needed. Must have been recorded a bit ago as Matt’s up at Long Pond now.
Julien scored a film and it’s premiering at the Tribeca Film Festival next week! You can watch here starting Monday: North By Current | 2021 Tribeca Festival | Tribeca Tickets are $20.
I don't find myself returning to this album often, but Ringside is one that absolutely floors me every time I listen to it.
I felt like this album kind of came and went on this forum compared to some other albums unfortunately.
This, Jubilee, and Nurture are all gunning for my AOTY and I’m sure Lucy’s upcoming album will be in the mix as well.
Idk, the thread is pushing 1,500 posts which is pretty high comparatively. However that could also be because it was created quite a bit before the album was announced. Plus you and me probably account for like 25% of the posts lmao
That’s because the thread was created a bit before the album was out (which was then extended even more because of the pandemic). It seems like once it came out it kind of just came and went not just on here, but also just in general. I guess when you can’t immediately tour that’s bound to happen.
