Julien Baker’s new 7″ comes out today, we’ve already heard “Funeral Pyre,” and today we are blessed with the b-side “Distant Solar Systems” on Spotify and Apple Music.

Posted on this in the new release thread earlier - like everything else she has put out I love it. Got one of the 7" last week and have not stopped listening to it.

 

Is the 7" for purchase anywhere?

It's good. It's not blowing me away like some of her stuff from her debut.

 

Is it too soon to say she's the greatest songwriter on earth? Because it sure feels like it to me.

Her sound....that guitar, that voice, just that sound is so perfect. She could be singing the ABC's and I'd be hooked.
