Well this is a pleasant surprise! I love Cody

 

Finally got around to listening to the song a couple of times, love it and of course it's stuck in my head already.

 

You know I'm a huge fireworks fan, but I don't really see it here.

 

I hear the more subdued vibe here the way OCL had Dave singing more subdued. I'm thinking Bed Sores/The Back Window's Down.

 

I definitely agree that Barry is already showing the vocal experimentation on this track that was talked about. So in that way, I agree.

 

I love the new song. I’m glad the production is so clean. I hate to say it but I never fell in love with Cody the way I love all their other albums that one song from Cody is a JM favorite tho

 

Cody didn't ever click like NHA did, but NHA is one of my favorite albums ever, so it was a long shot from the beginning. It has some incredible tracks though, it's just not as strong front to back for me.
