I am doing the same thing seeing Modest Mouse tickets for $130 before fees. Pretty sure they were $50 in the same city when I saw them in 2915. They've only released one album since then!

Show in New Haven the other night was amazing! Love this band more every day:

 

I think this is their best, keep coming back to it and one of my favourites all year. Could take or leave them on record before this but always really enjoyed them live. Looking forward to seeing them in a few weeks

 

Yup, hard to believe it came out in late January when it's still in my rotation.

Enjoy the show, this was my first time seeing them live and they blew me away. Ran into Barry while I was eating pizza next door to the venue and thanked him for coming to CT, lol.
