I am too! Show was fucking great and made me feel nice in a way I haven’t felt in a while. Also just a good and much needed reminder that going to shows alone isn’t bad.
Seeing Joyce Manor and the Format play at a park I walk thru every single day was surreal. Not to mention seeing both bands twice in the same week. Such a cool day
One of the rare see a band at absolute peak fandom shows for me and it delivered. Had not seen Joyce since first time I ever heard them which was opening for desaparecidos. I will say it was funny that the new stuff didn’t pop off quite as hard for the crowd as expected but I thought it sounded really good. Saw the acoustic set and some of the format too which was fun. Militarie Gun not playing never fucked up once is some shit but they were great as well.
Last night was doors 6 combat 7 teen mortgage 745 mg 830 Joyce prob just after 930ish but hob here has a pretty early curfew so not sure it’s the best barometer for other shows I do love that almost every mass person here was there

Super fun show tonight; a 13 year old kid convinced the band to 1. Play Derailed 2. Let him play drums, and he CRUSHED IT haha Barry said his voice was shot but it wasn’t too bad at all, glad he pushed through
Agreed that last night was awesome and you couldn't even tell Barry's voice was going through it. Glad they didn't cancel, they've only played Buffalo twice prior (2022 & 2011) so it would have been a huge bummer. Instead it was 55 minutes of pumping out bangers.
