Know Where Mark Chen Lives and Grey Guitar are all-time great JM songs, unfortunately the rest of it is a bit mid for me and this is probably going to be end up one of my least favourite JM records. Also 40 Oz. to Fresno is ridiculously underrated and might even be equal with Cody as their second-best album, it’s just straight bangers from start to finish.
I haven't heard this yet but it bothered me a bit that Fresno had like 7 minutes of actual new music on it even though it's a good album
I love Fresno, always thought it was underrated too. Million Dollars is their only album that I never loved.
Love how there are moments on this that you can just tell will be classics in years to come. I need to scream “let’s not confuse the issue” in a rowdy crowd asap
I'm a Joyce Manor enjoyer and not a super fan but after 3 listens, I think this is my favorite of theirs and maybe I'm a super fan now. It rocks so hard
On my second listen and rejuvenated is the word that keeps coming at me. They’re really Re energized on this album it feels like.
Fresno is one of their best Million Dollars also underrated Never Hungover Again borderline overrated but still very good
Big Lie still their best song. This will probably be in my top 3. I've listened to it like 5 times today.
They sound re-energized on this album. It sounds like they're running at peak form and having a blast.
Big Lie is one of their best tracks but Million Dollars is the album I return to the least now. Fresno grew on me a lot. Every other album is a good contender for 1st
Million Dollars is half and half to me. Half of the songs are some of the best they ever put out, and the other half I'd generally be fine never hearing again. None of it's really bad but when you put out 20 minute albums you can't have filler like that.
