not sure about ranking but based on my first listen it seems comfortably quite a bit better than 40 Oz
vinyl came in early and just got the first spin in. expected but album fuckin RIPS and I just love this band. the background vocals on update Fuck Koalacaust make it soar. Grey Guitar just sounds HUGE. who they dedicated the album too is great and love the cameo on the photo insert.
This rules I’m going to finally see them at Coachella after over a decade of listening to them and I can’t wait
Yeah, no surprise, this is really good. Don't It Seem's verses sound like something off the self-titled
Immediately in love with this. That new little addition to Well Don't It Seem caught me WAY off guard and I loved it. EDIT: Also, whoever wrote the Stereogum review kind of had a bozo take saying it was all pop-punk and that the closest they got to AMFASD was with The Opossum. Someone here (Drew? Aaron?) said the album had two modes, which were represented pretty well by the first two singles, and I think that's spot on.
This is so good. Basically every song slaps, whereas they’ve been quite hit and miss for me lately. Obviously I need to see how it holds up, but I think it’s probably going to be my third favourite of theirs, behind Cody and NHA.
