You must be iffy on a lot of bands then
Well yes, when a band tours with someone problematic and doesn't acknowledge it it leaves a sour taste in my mouth. That is correct.
I am mad at pianos for bringing them out
Idk everyone from Perfect Pussy to Thursday have brought them out and I respect those people a lot so I assume they've got their reasons? Far as I know their big thing is having had the guy from whirr play in the band and I don't even know if he's still in the band cause I guess I didn't pay enough attention to that
It’s Not Just Transphobia: Whirr’s Problematic History
few things about nothing independent of nick's involvement
not to mention they always laughed off anyone who brought up nick being in the band and never made any statement condemning them. fuck that band, don't care what anyone else i respect says otherwise.
guilt by tour association is a slippery slope imo. no idea what goes on in those contracts
i know that, which is why i'm not condemning them. there's a bit of disappointment there but it hasn't changed my love for the band.
ah ok your post I quoted seemed a little harsher than that, that's fair
yeah, it's more just like, slight disappointment and a little unease, but i know that things at that level can get a little iffy. culture abuse is tight there's just some weird feelings there, but nothing more
I'll read this later for sure, genuinely didn't know there was more irt nothing
they've been playing a new song
btw they are playing a new song on the wavves tour!!
lol i looked it up as soon as you posted in the tour forum, gr8 timing tho
Hell yeah can't wait to hear it tonight
Didn't get to hear it.. but it sounds great!
Also wonder if they parted ways with their drummer? Pat from Spraynard & Slaughter Beach has been drumming on this tour
another new one?
That song sounds awesome. They are so much fun live.
Yeah they are definitely a top 5 live band for me
I still listen to this like four times a week lol
Hey, I just listened through this today. I think I still like NHA more, but this one still rules.
although this one grew up on me immensely
I have a 40 min sporify playlist of JM and it's banger after banger
need to see them live
So it's just a playlist of these two albums back to back ending with constant headache?
See How Tame I Can Be?
that split version tho.
split version isn't as good as the album version imo but it is p cool
