There's no way it will actually be a full on musical, I'm convinced it's either a total troll or there's like one hallucination bit

 

My assumption is the musical aspect plays into his mental state aka he’s adding that flair in his head to make the world around him more interesting.

 

My assumption is Todd Phillips is a fucking idiot and thinks it’ll be so twisted to make it a musical

 

It might be a musical in the same way the first one had "musical" elements in it

 

Honestly, I wouldn’t hate this.

DETOX JUST TO RETOX

 

I watched this on a plane last week and I’ve hated it more every day since.

 

Did it make you wanna hijack the plane

 

I read the plot synopsis of part two on Wikipedia and the other day when I saw it’s streaming on max, I fast forwarded to the end scene,

 

Watched this on HBO last weekend since I was bored. Wasn't expecting much and the best part was that I could fast forward through all the singing. This was bad. Even the ending. Just bad.

 

The second film makes this one actually look like Taxi Driver or The King of Comedy. Seems Phillips is only good when he's ripping off one of the greats.

 

The scene I always think about is where Joaquin Phoenix literally yells the thesis of the film at Robert DeNiro before blowing his head off. I have never seen anything like that before. And people cite it as one of the good scenes.

 

Because a million incels watched it and were like "he's just like me fr".
