as i expected this is more of a followup to vs everything than the last one was (which seemed like a lost followup to grace). these songs go strange places
the ending to "if you cant be awesome....", holy fuck. the horns sections on this are incredible. This whole album just feels like a celebration of the band's career. Pretty much blown away with everything on it, but yeah.... cliffjumper is something else.
i pardon all my hyperbolic statements in this thread, but after my 2nd listen its confirmed...."our lifestyles incandescents" is the best song i've ever heard.

been listening to this pretty much non stop this past week. Still pretty much too overwhelmed with emotions while listening to it too even start to even form any non-hyperbolic thoughts about it. Will easily become my AOTY (unless los campesinos release their album this year). anyways the artwork for the track "into the veldt" might just be my favourite thing ever.
finally listening in high quality this record is so good. they better come to the US and play at the very least philly
im behind on listening to so many albums now cause I can't listen to anything but this at the moment.
