    Keanu Reeves has at least one more John Wick movie in the chamber

    If the second one really is as good as the reviews are saying, and the same creative team reunites again for a third, this could be one of the all-time great blockbuster trilogies. That is provided, of course, that they stick to their guns (pun intended) and only make one more.

    I'd be down for a trilogy, but as you said, I hope they don't stretch past that. We don't need extra innings for this like the Bourne series.

    Totally. I'm also looking forward to seeing how they end this new one before making a final judgment on whether a third is totally necessary. Although from what Keanu said in that interview it sounds like they could do it. Hopefully this is a standalone like the first one and doesn't end on a cliffhanger or anything like that. Nothing worse than a "Part 1-Part 2(a)-Part 2(b)" trilogy setup (see: The Matrix, Pirates of the Caribbean).

    I always say there are two acceptable ways to make a trilogy. The first is the Indiana Jones model, where each is a standalone story. The second is the Star Wars model, where all three films tell one continuing story. Any other way and it just never turns out well.
