This ended pretty damn perfectly, but I’d be lying if I said I wouldn’t see another.

Is it a mistake to watch this after only seeing the first? Never got around to the sequels, and I got a credit to rent this.

 

They all lead into each other and are good but you could read a recap

 

You would just be missing out on some cool world building. But yeah, you can skip to 4 and you’d still have a blast.

ngl, overload of Marvel shows kinda dulled by interest in any franchise expansions into the TV format.

 

This may be the one I make an exception for. Gibson sucks, though.

 

The action looks fun, so hopefully it delivers on that front. Gibson being in this is gonna be such a distraction/turnoff though.

 

I finally watched 4 over the weekend and it was great. I was starting to get a little disinterested in this series after 3 but I'm back in all the way. Gimme another 4 of these. Loved the addition of Donnie Yen's character and his relationship with Wick. Pretty much everyone did a good job in this as far as I'm concerned.

That Continental show on the other hand looks like a massive downgrade, almost looks like a CW show compared to the movies. Who is even asking for a Winston prequel?

Does he have a contract obligation or could he just say no to the fifth one?

 

Even if he has a contract obligation I'd hope they just let him have a more lowkey/backseat role in a new one where he doesn't have to do crazy amounts of stunt work at the age of 60.

Or just let Wick stay dead, thats the best option.
