So happy this dude is releasing a full album all at once.

 

As a massive Mayer fan, I'm very excited.

I've come to terms with hearing 4 of these songs already.

 

some time last year he posted an IG story with a song that went "The you I miss, does not exist" or something like that. I hope to god its on this album!

 

Literally the longest 4 year wait everrrrrrrr

 

I'm very excited for this, I hope the rest of the album is at least as good as New Light and Last Train Home.

 

I'm wondering about the acoustic song he performed for Land Rover! That was incredible!

John being stoked on this record to the extent he is has me unbelievably excited. He seems more than prepared to take on this next album cycle.

Loving it, very smooth sounding all around. I can imagine that it’ll sound great live

 

first three songs are all smashes. not quite sure how I feel about "Why You No Love Me" yet haha.

hmm, I like it but it also feels a little underwhelming. Not a huge fan of tracks 3/4 and the closer left me wanting more from it. Maybe the rest will grow on me but "Last Train Home" and "New Light" feel like the clear stand outs for me.

I think after four years, how relatively weak his last couple of records were and how much I loved those two singles I was hoping for something special and it kinda just feels like another solid John Mayer album.

 

Are some of y'all in Japan where it's tomorrow already, or is this available elsewhere? ?
