That show was fun but a touch unrealistic. But still fun. That said, so tired of shows like this, once on regular tv, moving to streaming. I hate how every network has a streamer and despise the fact that if you already pay for cable, you don’t get those shows along with your regular stuff. Lame. Old man ranting about first world problems.

You pay for cable? Definitely old man problems ;-p (coming from a 37-year-old, so no judgment)

For real. We contemplate changing it all the time. But then we do the math/logistics and it just seems like a hassle. We have cable/internet/security all in one. So the thought of looking for all those things separate just makes me cringe!

I've had YouTube TV for 3 years, and it's honestly wonderful. I don't know if I could go back to traditional cable. Unlimited DVR that just records literally anything I tell it to and keeps it for 9 months. The ability to access anything anywhere I am. I know cable has come a long way in home streaming solutions, but also the fact that I can switch ISP's and not worry about losing my DVR shows and whatnot is so freeing. So I bounce between internet service providers every year, but my TV stays the same.

Biggest downside is that live regional sports are a PITA to access because for some reason Sinclair Media doesn't like money, so they've blocked out nearly every streaming provider. So I end up pirating streams of sports because I have no other choice. But they're supposed to launch their own streaming service next year, so hopefully I'll have legal access then.
